Andras Barthazi – Google Analytics API & Open Source Analytics – WAW Hungary

Andras Barthazi, the versatile and experienced programmer guy you can meet at almost all web & tech events as a speaker in Hungary, gave his presentation on Google Analytics API & Open Source Analytics at Web Analytics Wednesday (WAW) in Budapest, Hungary.
His main points were that Google Analytics API enables users to have a lot more customized user interface and reporting than the normal Google Analytics dashboard and reports.
As for the free open source analytics tools, he picked two he has already tested: Piwik and Open Web Analytics, where he emphasized that
a, you own your data with them and
b, they are also quite good with their UI.
